1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the bar222 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You may only hold one Account on bar222. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods are used.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. bar222 will verify the information provided as part of the KYC process.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) using a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document before any withdrawal may be processed.

5 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your bar222 Account, whether authorised by you or not. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bar222 Account and not reuse it across other services.
• Never share your Account login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bar222's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain accessible, as these are used for Account security verifications.

bar222 may temporarily suspend your Account access as a security precaution if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, and will notify you via your registered contact details.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

bar222 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on bar222:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the bar222 cashier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identified.
• bar222 does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities where the funds represent borrowed money for gambling purposes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same Account holder, subject to KYC verification being complete.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

bar222 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentive programmes to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are displayed on the applicable promotion page on bar222.
• Bonuses credited to your Account as Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the bar222 Platform, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC and all other covered markets:

• All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules are available within the bar222 sportsbook.
• Bets are accepted entirely at bar222's discretion. bar222 reserves the right to refuse, void or restrict any bet at any time, including bets placed at odds that were published in error.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to market availability. Once a bet is confirmed on the bar222 platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or declared void after less than the required play time has elapsed, bar222 reserves the right to void all affected bets in accordance with sport-specific rules.

9 Casino Games

• All casino games on bar222 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time live dealer operations. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by bar222 or the player.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or game malfunction, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. bar222's decision on malfunction-affected rounds is final.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• Players may not use any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence or mechanical assistance to play casino games on bar222.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bar222 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, voiding of winnings and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on bar222, either personally or in conjunction with others.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or using third-party funds for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity via the bar222 Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing the bar222 Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members or associates.

11 Responsible Gaming

bar222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms:

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits within their Account settings at any time.
• Players may request a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will be unable to deposit or place bets.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from bar222 by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

bar222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or violation of applicable laws.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
• Player request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to close the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bar222 reserves the right to void pending bets and withhold any Bonus Funds. Real-money funds held in the Account wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of all required investigations, except where prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the bar222 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text and design — is the intellectual property of bar222 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the bar222 Platform without prior written consent from bar222.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• bar222's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
• bar222 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

• bar222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any service interruption, technical failure or delay beyond its reasonable control.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bar222 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, bar222 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bar222 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using bar222 and contact customer support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bar222 is licensed to operate.
